We have sourced a petrol powered winch that we think is ideal for animal and human rescue. The winch has a proven HONDA engine, weights only 16kg and is extremely portable. Being a capstan winch it works with all ropes regardless of length. Maximum pull on a single line 1000kg which can be doubled to 2000kg with the use of a snatch block. Rollgliss Top 350 pulley combinations, allows the device to have a user adjustable mechanical advantage option. This maximizes the versatility of the device. The pulleys can also be permanently attached.

Bottom pulley on a 2:1 arrangement

Bottom pulley on a 3:1 arrangement, this is the most commonly used set up and will suit most applications.

Bottom pulley on a 5:1 arrangement, specifically designed for confined space entry, this combination will allow two persons to be raised on the device.
